Conference fee:

Regular Fee 1150 EUR
A 25% discount applies to the third delegate registered from the same company, provided all registrations are received on the same day.
The registration fee includes participation in the conference, coffees/lunch and Air Cargo Executives Networking Party – Türkiye Edition. All bookings are considered binding on receipt of the booking form. Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.
You can bring your spouse free of charge to all evening events.
Photos & Videos
Filming and photography will take place during the Event. Unless explicitly communicated in written form at conf@euroavia.com, you consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing and films (now and in the future) and to waive any right to compensation or remuneration. During such events individuals often take photographs or make videos on their mobile telephones. The Organizer is not responsible in policing this practice but would ask any participant who plans to do this to seek permission from fellow Event attendees.

Cancellations
Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations must be received by mail or e-mail two weeks before the conference i.e. January 6th and receive a refund less a 10% service charge. Should you cancel between this date and January 13th then you will receive a refund less a 50% service charge. You will be liable for the full conference fee after this date.
Euroavia International is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Euroavia International shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impractical or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency. Circumstances beyond the control of organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Euroavia International reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary.
